Words need not be so complicated!

Let's face it - the workplace is full of talk/PC/telling people what they want to hear. I am sick of it - the jargon, the 'saying something in front and talking behind the back' culture. The other day, I heard 'we should ideate' followed by words like 'transformation', 'innovate', 'change agents'.....please just stop!

The words fill up for what action does not. If we have done, we probably keep quiet and let the work speak for itself - or should. Have seen how the workplace encourages one to talk about his/her achievements and can deal with that. But really, if you are that good, it has to show in other ways than your vocabulary.

No more words - just disgust at this culture of lots of talk that we spawn.....how about transforming that?!
